It is a great hands-on experience for the software development
industry and my personal favorite aspect is that it combines the
project management scope alongside the software tasks. I learned how
to connect a server and the database to my code, which was a great
skill addition. I enjoyed it especially that I am interviewing for a
project management/owner position, it sure has benefited me alot!

This program is extremely rich in information and real life
experience/case studies. It accommodates well for those who have
limited background information about project management, but also
enables the trainees to advance in this field by providing appropriate
background information about the general basic concept while
simultaneously challenging trainees to think outside the box in weekly
projects. However, the most important aspect about this program is the
real life experiences and tips provided by the trainer, and the
debates about the different solutions possible in diverse potential
scenarios. It is such a unique experience that filled me with
confidence to pursue this field.

This program gave me experience in how projects are built in
companies. In college or university, projects are given with a
far-away deadline and no communication with the clients. In this
program, I learned how to deal with a tough deadline and that made me
present my best work on each assignment. Also, it taught me how to
communicate with clients to figure out what they need in a project.
Overall, this project taught me how to act in a professional way
towards difficult projects and also taught me new software skills.

I found this program insightful and interesting, as it gave this valuable opportunity to apply my abilities to handle real-life projects. Likewise, I was excited to apply my skills and knowledge in the program, so I seize the chance to become an expert in project management hopefully in the future. The MSITP virtual internship gave me an opportunity to look at the inner workings of a company and affirm that I really did want to continue with marketing. My favorite part was working on real-life projects, by trying to implement what we had learned during the theoretical sessions into real-life projects. The last week was a fundamental step toward the development of my skills, indeed, everything I learned and acquired throughout the first 3 weeks was needed and used in order to make the final project. After that final project, I can honestly say that this internship has drastically sharpened my skills in many aspects such as communication, research, and problem-solving. Finally, I truly believe that this internship is extremely important as we are immersed in the real-world business environment and it is an experience that we don’t exactly learn inside the classroom.

At first, I wasn’t sure if I should take such a program but my parents encouraged me to do so. I was looking for ways to improve myself. I was afraid to take steps but later I discovered that if you take a step, another step will follow it and finally you will succeed. It was so challenging but I did it. It was a great experience. I personally liked everything about the program.

This internship offered a very warm and welcoming environment where I had the ability to learn information about project management and other aspects related to the field. I had a really enjoyable experience and made friends with my team members who I met for the first time when our team was assigned. The program was really helpful for me as a CS major, who doesn’t learn about the business side of things at university let alone to learn about project management.

The Lebanese crisis in 2021-2022 was taking down the whole country and affecting the whole society, and of course it didn’t have mercy on me! I was broke, frustrated and unemployed! No money, no income, no job! Depression was killing me slowly. Suddenly, I got a notification from a WhatsApp group that I was joining in order to search for a job. I received a brief paragraph about SchemaZone, and I felt that I am interested! But the poor thing is that I didn’t have the money to register, not even a penny! So I start to think about what I can do before taking any step? Where can I get the money? I encouraged myself to speak with the person who was in charge, in order to take more detailed information about the program and I fell in love with the program even more! I decided to give away the only thing that I had from a long time ago, my gold necklace, and it is not just a regular necklace! It was a gift from my deceased uncle, just before he passed away. It was painful for sure, but I said he would be proud if I used it for developing myself! The best thing that ever happened in this part was knowing the salesperson! He told me that he will get me a discount in order to match the price of the necklace I’m selling. Guess what?! I have now officially graduated from the program! The program was such a journey! A perfect stage to take in order to develop. I learned and earned way too much! The instructor was amazing and very helpful! Working on a real project was the best part of it! I can proudly say now that selling my gold necklace was worth it! The program encourages me to do more and to go beyond marketing. So world be prepared, I am going to amaze you!

My experience has gone far beyond my expectations. The talented and capable assistants were available at seemingly all hours to answer any questions or doubts we have. The course work has been challenging and fun! After working with my teammates, I enjoyed the teamwork and eventually we became friends.

NITP provided me with lots of new insights on nutrition. Firstly, it showed me that clinical nutrition is different from sports nutrition in multiple aspects (for example: the challenges faced in a hospital setting and much more). Moreover, the weekly projects required from the participants offered me the chance to actually practice nutrition. I would like to share my experience with Reach Academy and especially attending the Sales Specialist Industry Training Program. It was a major benefit to me since I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and work experience as a Sales Executive for 7 years. Attending this course was a solidification to my practical experience. It helped me make a path to my future career with a strategical plan. As an online learning, it was very convenient for me since you can complete assignments anytime and anywhere as it saved me the trouble to plan around my family commitments (as a mom) and studying. This course was a great opportunity for me to work on a variety of practical tasks from which I would undoubtedly profit later. I am a mechatronics student who was learning this course as a new topic. Everything was interesting and well-planned to benefit the students in the most efficient way possible given the time limitations.

When applying to the BAITP, I made it very clear that my end-goal is to change my career path and become a Business Analyst. Also, having already taken baby steps in learning the key technical skills of a Business Analyst (Programming in Python and using BI Software such as MS Power BI), I knew very well that this training program would be the first big step torwards learning how to think like a Business Analyst rather than just using the popular BI tools and programming software. The ability to think like a Business Analyst is a skill that can only be acquired and developed with the help of experienced people who have worked in the industry. Mr. Ammad for his very interesting, informative and interactive lectures that are full of discussions. BAITP has exceeded my expectations in terms of the learning experience, quality and challenge level. Through my tens of web searches when working on the projects, I got exposed to so many new ideas, concepts and details that I have used to strengthen my answers to the projects, activate my ability to think like a Business Analyst and harness the maximum benefit of this training program. It was an intensive training but full of benefits where I had the chance to experience my skills in real projects within the organization, and it was really amazing to work with people around the world. Where you have to manage your time according to your teammates & management time, and how to handle the pressure that comes with unrealistic time with your group. How to communicate with others and figure out a solution for the problems that you’re facing in your task.

I am delighted and extremely proud that I made the right decision in taking up PMITP. This training program did not only deliver the theories/facts but trained the mind to think and challenged us on how to execute the tasks given that we all come from different time zones. This program taught the importance of communication, teamwork, commitment, proactiveness, self-discipline, resilience, persistence, leadership, and management. It pushed us out of our comfort zones. What I also loved is the feeling of no room for intimidation, training sessions were conducted professionally with some humor, which made it very comfortable.
I will miss this program as I have enjoyed every moment working on the weekly projects with my teammates Mahmood Hussein Lafi & Ali Al Mandhari. We poured all our efforts and hard work on every project.
